Delivery and Shipping
We will happily send your gift to any Disney resort, as well as select resorts in our delivery footprint. Feel free to click here to view participating resort locations and zip codes. If you’d prefer to surprise them at home, you can ship your gift anywhere in the 48 continental U.S.
We deliver to a small radius outside of the Walt Disney World Resort to local hotels, businesses and homes. Deliveries to local hotels will be delivered to the front desk. Please see our shipping information if your desired address is outside our delivery zone.
Disney Floral & Gifts will be closed on December 25th, 2016. For Guests staying at the Walt Disney World Resort®, in order to ensure delivery of your order before December 25, 2016, please submit your order by December 23, 2016 at 11:59 p.m.* If you have any questions, please contact a Dream Maker at 407-WDW-GIFT. For guests participating in our ship-to-home program, in order to ensure delivery of your order by December 25, 2016, please submit your order by December 16, 2016 at 11:59 p.m.

Florida law requires that alcohol deliveries are made only with a valid photo ID and signature. The resort will leave a message on the room phone if the Guest is not in their room at the time of delivery. The Guest can call the front desk for delivery when they return.
Many of our offerings can be shipped! Each item within our site indicates shipping availability. We ship within the 48 contiguous states. We regret that we cannot ship the following items: fresh floral, fruit, balloons, bottles of liquid (including alcohol) and chocolate. Gifts with these items are available for local delivery only.
Individual gift items including floral: Disney Floral & Gifts delivers these items to your resort. The resort team delivers to your room between the hours of 9am to 9pm. Please note: for delivery on your arrival date, since your room is not pre-assigned, the gift will be delivered after your arrival.
In Room Celebrations: Our magical celebrations are specially prepared inside your Disney Resort room by our team. You will select the day and time when making your purchase. Since resort room assignment occurs after you arrive, the soonest we can arrange delivery and set-up of our In Room Celebrations is on the day after your arrival.
Guests requiring a specific time of delivery should contact a Dream Maker to set up a premium timed delivery for an additional fee.
Yes, we deliver balloons to most locations. We regret that we cannot deliver balloons to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, 1900 Park Fare Restaurant at the Grand Floridian and Victoria & Albert’s at the Grand Floridian.
Our Disney Characters are not able to deliver gifts to our resorts. You can find them in our parks and select resort character dining locations. Our happy team of Cast Members makes our resort deliveries.
Most orders may be cancelled with 48 hours notice. Orders that include personalized items may not be canceled.

We do not sell chocolate covered strawberries. Sliced or decorated fruit is available through in-room dining at select Walt Disney World® Resorts. We offer fresh whole fruits (oranges, red apples & green apples) in some of our gifts.
